All orders are shipping within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that we ship from different warehouses, so your entire order may not always come at the same time.
We do ship outside the US but please note that duty fees will apply and we cannot affect those charges in any way and are not responsible for them.
Please also note that many couriers face delays due to COVID and the resulting burden of high volumes of parcels. Foxy Roxy's is unfortunately not able to factor individual courier delays into delivery estimates on the website; for the most up-to-date information on delivery delays, please visit the official website of the courier who shipped your order
Returns & Exchanges
Shears & Blades- We do not typically accept returns or exchanges on these items but we want all of our customers to be happy so if you have an issue with shears or blades you have purchased, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Please note: all shears or blades that have been engraved are final sale.
Blades & Accessories- We will accept exchanges on accessories within 7 days. Customer will pay the return shipping and we will send the new item out when the purchased item is returned.
Clothing- All of our clothing items are printed on demand and so we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items. Please check the item descriptions for material and judge accordingly for shrinkage, if any.
