We offer two convenient shipping methods to make sending in your equipment easy and hassle-free.
1. Email Label – Simple & Fast ($15 Round-Trip Shipping)
After placing your order, you’ll receive a separate email within 24 hours with your prepaid shipping label.

• Your $15 shipping fee covers both to and from shipping.
• Packaging Instructions:
  • Securely wrap all shears and blades.
  • Use a non-priority box no larger than 12” x 10” x 3” to ensure safe transport.
  • Drop off your package using the provided label.

2. VIP Shipping Kit – Reusable & Convenient (Free with $150+ Order or One-Time Purchase)
After your order is placed, we will send you our VIP Shipping Kit—a durable, reusable box designed to safely package and ship your tools with ease with a custom foam insert to securely hold your equipment.

         🔹 If you don’t qualify for the free kit, it’s available as a one-time purchase.
         🔹 Keep and reuse the kit for all future sharpening orders—it also doubles as a  storage or travel case for your equipment!

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Shipping Responsibility: While we provide prepaid shipping labels and packaging guidance, Foxy Roxy’s Sharpening is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend securing your equipment properly before shipping.

2. Proper Packaging Required: Customers must follow our packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit. Improperly packaged items that arrive damaged will not be covered by Foxy Roxy’s Sharpening.

3. Processing & Turnaround Time: Orders will be sharpened and shipped back within 3 business days of receipt. However, unforeseen delays (e.g., carrier issues, high volume) may occasionally extend processing times.

4. Condition of Equipment & Additional Charges: We sharpen and service tools in usable condition. If we receive tools that are excessively damaged, require additional repairs, or need extra services beyond standard sharpening, we will notify you.

   • If additional charges apply, or if the number of shears/blades sent does not match the original purchase, we will email you an invoice with a payment link.
   • Work will not proceed until the additional payment is received.
   • If an item is deemed unsafe for use or beyond repair, we will return it as is.

5. No Liability for Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to shears, blades, or other equipment sent in for sharpening. If we determine that an item is unsafe for use or cannot be restored, we will return it as is.

6. Final Sale on Sharpening Services: Due to the nature of our work, all sharpening services are final. If you experience issues with your sharpened tools, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist.

7. Shipping Kit Replacement: If you purchased a reusable shipping kit and need replacements for lost or damaged components, additional kits will be available for purchase.

8. By Using Our Services: By sending in your equipment, you agree to these terms and understand that Foxy Roxy’s Sharpening is not liable for shipping-related issues, pre-existing damage, or the condition of tools that are beyond repair.
